See who sends email as your domain
Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo can send you a daily report on the email sent in your domain's name. Mailmoni turns those reports into plain sentences: which services send as you, and what to fix.
Starter covers 1 domain and needs no card. Pro covers 5 domains for 5.90 EUR a month.
1 source is unidentified, 0.5 percent of your mail.

What Mailmoni already knows
-
Google, Microsoft and Yahoo
Mailmoni reads the daily reports they and other mailbox providers send about your domain.
-
67 services
Mailmoni knows them by name, so the addresses in a report become names such as these.
- Microsoft 365
- Google Workspace
- Mailchimp
- Brevo
- HubSpot
- Shopify
- Zendesk
- Procountor
-
Helsinki, Finland
Your reports are kept on a server at Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland. Backups are encrypted every night and stored in the EU.
How it works
From one DNS record to plain sentences
-
v=DMARC1; p=noneAdd one record to your DNS
Mailmoni gives you a DMARC record that asks mailbox providers for reports. It does not change how your mail is delivered. A second record adds TLS reports, which matter when the domain receives email.
-
Mailbox providers send reports
Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and others report about once a day on the mail that used your domain. The first report usually arrives within 24 to 48 hours.
-
Read who sends as you
Mailmoni names each service in the reports, says whether its mail passes DMARC, and writes what to change when it does not.
If someone else looks after your DNS, we have written the message to send them. Read the message
What Mailmoni watches
Six parts, one sign-in
All six are on every plan. The paid plans add domains, history, members, alert channels and the API.
Aggregate reports
The daily DMARC reports from Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and other mailbox providers, read and grouped.
Every planTLS reports
Whether mail sent to you arrived over an encrypted connection, with MTA-STS checked alongside.
Every planDNS checks
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI, each with the fix when one breaks.
Every planSources
Sending IP addresses grouped into the services you know, such as Mailchimp or your own server, with alignment for each.
Every planAlerts
Email alerts on every plan, and a summary by email from the Pro plan up. Slack, Microsoft Teams and other chat tools from the Teams plan up.
Email on every plan, chat from Teams upYour data
Every raw report, as the XML the mailbox provider sent. CSV and NDJSON exports. An API from the Pro plan up.
Every planStart from where you are
Four people end up here. Pick yours.
Find the service that sends as you without being set up
Your invoicing tool, your booking system and your newsletter all send email from your domain. When one of them is not set up for it, its mail fails DMARC, and mail that fails is more likely to land in spam.
Mailmoni names that service and tells you what to change in it. You do not need to know what SPF is.
What Mailmoni writes
No authentication from Visma Netvisor: no DKIM signature for example.com, and SPF fails. Visma Netvisor is not set up for example.com. If nobody at your organization uses Visma Netvisor, someone else is sending as you.
Needs attention
Example data for example.com.
See whether your newsletter goes out as you
Mailchimp signs your campaigns with its own domain until you turn on DKIM for yours. Until then, every campaign fails DMARC.
Mailmoni shows each sending service as one source, with how much of its mail passes DMARC and the setting to change.
What Mailmoni writes
DKIM passes with selector k2 and aligns with example.com. SPF passes for mail74.suw13.rsgsv.net, which is Mailchimp's bounce domain, so it does not count for DMARC. This is normal for Mailchimp. Nothing to do.
Fine
Example data for example.com, once DKIM is on in Mailchimp.
The records, the raw reports and an API
Every raw report downloads as the file the mailbox provider sent. The DNS page shows each record as we read it, when we last checked, and what changed.
The Pro plan adds a read-only API. The Teams plan adds signed webhooks, Prometheus metrics and an MCP server.
The read API
curl -H "Authorization: Bearer $TOKEN" \ https://www.mailmoni.com/api/v1/domains/example.com/sources
Example call for example.com. The API starts on the Pro plan.
Every client's domain under one sign-in
Pro includes 5 domains, and each domain above that adds 1 EUR a month. They all sit in one organization, and every member you invite sees every domain in it. There are no per-client accounts and no white labelling.
From the Pro plan up, you can give a client a read-only link to their own domain. It needs no account and shows that domain and nothing else.
| Domain | Status |
|---|---|
| bakery.example | At p=reject |
| accounting.example | Not ready yet |
| studio.example | Reports stopped |
After the first report
What you see once reports arrive
14 days, against the line
Mailmoni checks one rule for every domain and draws your daily pass rate against it. From the Pro plan up, Mailmoni emails you the next policy to try when a domain meets the rule.
Not ready yet
2 of 3 sources are ready. Turn on custom DKIM and a custom bounce domain for example.com in Mailchimp.
The rule
Over the last 14 days, every source that sends 1 percent of your mail or 50 messages passes DMARC at 98 percent or more. Unidentified sources that pass DMARC send under 1 percent. The DMARC, SPF and DKIM checks show no problem. Reports arrived on at least 7 days.
An email when something changes
Mailmoni emails you when a DNS record changes or breaks, and when reports stop. From the Pro plan up, it also emails you when a new service sends as you, or when less of your mail passes DMARC. From the Pro plan up, a summary by email puts each domain's week in a few sentences, with one next step.
New source for example.com: Procountor
Procountor started sending as example.com on 23 October 2026: 218 messages, 100 percent passed DMARC.
Nothing to do if you use Procountor. If you do not, find out who does.
5,000messages a day to personal Gmail accounts
Why this came up
What Google, Yahoo and Microsoft ask for
Since February 2024, Google requires a DMARC record from domains that send about 5,000 or more messages a day to personal Gmail accounts. Since May 2025, Microsoft asks the same of domains that send more than 5,000 messages a day to Outlook.com, Hotmail and Live addresses. Yahoo requires one from bulk senders and names no number.
All three accept p=none, which only asks for reports. Those reports show who sends email as your domain.

What stays true on every plan
A rule you can read
We state the rule for when your domain is ready for the reject policy, and show your progress toward it. There is no score.
Prices on the page
Every plan's price is on the pricing page, with VAT stated. None needs a sales call.
Reports stay in the EU
The server is in Helsinki, at Hetzner. Backups go to a storage bucket in the EU. The privacy policy names every subprocessor.
Your raw reports, always
Every aggregate and TLS report downloads as the file the mailbox provider sent, on every plan, whenever you want it.
Questions people ask first
Does adding DMARC change how my email is delivered?
Not with the record Mailmoni gives you to start, which has p=none. Mailbox providers deliver your mail as they would without DMARC, and start sending reports. Nothing goes to spam or is refused until you publish a stricter policy.
How soon will I see something?
For a week after you add the domain, we look for the record by ourselves and email you when we find it. After that, press Check now on the domain page. Mailbox providers send reports once a day, so the first one usually arrives 24 to 48 hours after the record is published. We email you when it does.
Where are my reports kept?
On a server in Helsinki, Finland, at Hetzner. Backups go to a storage bucket in the EU. On every plan you can download each aggregate and TLS report in your history as the file the mailbox provider sent.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
A paid plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Then your organization moves to Starter. For 14 days after that, every domain and member stays. You can download everything in that time, or upgrade again and lose nothing. Then we keep 1 domain you choose and archive the others. Reports sent to an archived domain are refused. 1 member you choose keeps access, and the others lose it. History then shrinks to 30 days, and older reports are deleted.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter shows whether your mail passes. Pro fits when you fix your sources yourself and want a longer history. Teams fits a team that wants alerts and summaries in its own chat. Enterprise adds faster DNS checks, PagerDuty, and summaries for people outside your organization.
What happens if Mailmoni stops?
You can download every raw report now, without asking us, and export your data as CSV and NDJSON. From the Teams plan up, the relay forwards each DMARC aggregate report and TLS report to an address you choose as it arrives, so a copy is already with you.
